||URBENI in compliance to its general principles on the quality policy of customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, has implemented and kept up a System of Quality Management since 1999 according to ISO 9001 rule, in its various editions of 1994, 2000 and the last in effect corresponding for the year 2008.
Among other processes that are in the scope of the System of Quality Management according to ISO 9001: 2008, are the processes related to customers, purchases, control of product design, product realization, etc.. for which the provision, maintenance and improvement of human and technical resources necessary to satisfy our customers and continuous improvement in both effectiveness and efficiency are made. Also monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of the standards and objectives of the organization is implemented through:
- controls of the product designed and manufactured by URBENI, whether it is during the reception of materials, production process control and end product
- processes and controls of the system during periodic audits of the production processes, product audits and system audits of quality management, regular monitoring of process indicators and quality objectives.
AENOR as an organism accredited by ENAC certifies the compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001 (2008) by URBENI through periodic audits and providing the national certificate of ER (Registered Company) and the certificate of international IQNET
